Melanie Saward is a writer, editor, tutor, and a proud descendant of the Wakka Wakka and Bigambul peoples. She’s completing her MFA and has worked in and studied the writing industry since 2007. Recently, Mel’s work was shortlisted for the QLA’s David Unaipon Award and the Copyright agency’s First Nations Fellowship.
