Always with an acoustic guitar, the 18 year old musician Hope D not only plays everything you hear, but produces it herself as well. Growing up mainly around her dad’s musical influence, her inspirations remain fairly modern, ranging widely from the surf-rock-reggae combination of Sticky Fingers, to the blues rock of Icelandic group Kaleo, to the sheer poeticism of the heartbroken Keaton Henson, and even dabbling in the contemporary R&B of Frank Ocean.
